Take note of what you'll need:

- 100gr of beef loin
- ½ a carrot
- 1 romaine lettuce heart
- Mint and coriander leaves
- 100 gr of sweet chili sauce
- Juice of ½ a lime
- 1 tbsp of soy
- 1 tsp of sugar

The key to this dish is the loin, so after cleaning it well, season it with the sugar, soy and sweet chili sauce. Once it's well covered, we sear it in a very hot pan. Now prepare the salad: grate the half carrot and put it in a bowl together with the mint and the coriander. When finished, fill the lettuce heart with the mixture. Go back to the loin: cut the roast beef (the seasoned loin) into thin slices and place them on top of the salad. Dress with sweet chili sauce, lime and fish sauce. Garnish with a little more mint and coriander and get ready to enjoy it alongside the Dry Apple.
