MOORISH LAMB ROCHETTE
WITH YOGHOURT AND MINT SAUCE

Ingredients

- 1 boneless chicken thigh
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 2 tbsp of soy
- 3 tbsp of TGC Apple
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp of fresh ginger
- Chopped chives


Hands on recipe

We start by cutting the boneless chicken thigh into strips, to have it ready when we finish the sauce. Set the chicken aside and place the sugar, soy sauce, TGC Apple, garlic and fresh ginger in the mixer bowl. Give it a go: beat until all the ingredients form a sauce with which you have to pair the chicken. Once you have it well mixed, skewer the chicken and sear it on the grill or in the pan over high heat with a little bit of oil. When serving, decorate with chives on top, et voilá!
