DICED FILET MIGNON IN WOK
TERIYAKI AND SPICY STRAWBERRIES

Ingredients

- 200gr of clean beef filet mignon
- 100gr of diced strawberries
- 100gr of teriyaki sauce
- Sriracha sauce
- 40g of cream
- 1 tbsp of soy
- 2 tsps of TGC Strawberry
- Salt, pepper


Hands on recipe

Prepare the filet mignon by cutting it into 3cm cubes and season with salt, pepper, sugar and soy. Meanwhile, cut the 100g of strawberries into quarters and dress them with a little TGC Strawberry, Sriracha and salt. Mmm, you can't wait to taste it, right? Don't worry, because we're almost done. Heat up some teriyaki sauce in a saucepan or in the microwave, and put it on the bottom of a plate. To maintain temperature, lightly sauté the filet mignon and serve it on top of the teriyaki sauce. Accompany the filet mignon with the spicy strawberries and you're finished: take the TGC Strawberry out of the fridge and enjoy your success.
