DONOSTIA STYLE SEA BASS TAKOS

- 2 sea bass loins without skin or bones
- 300gr of olive oil
- 40gr of sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 6 leaves of chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar

Open a bottle of TGC Pear, because this recipe is very easy and you will be able to enjoy yourself while making it. The first step is to cut the sea bass into cubes of about 2cm. Heat a saucepan with 300g of EVOO, 40g of sesame oil and 2 garlic cloves. Let it get very, very, very hot. It's time to take a sip from your TGC to give it time to warm up. Remove the garlic when it begins to brown and continue heating the oil until it smokes. Is it ready? Then it is time for the party to begin: place the sea bass on a tray and, with the help of a saucepan, pour the oil over each cube of sea bass and watch the magic happen.
