Take note of what you’ll need

- The Good Cider Wild Berry top
- 2 slices of ginger
- 1 slice of lime
- 3 mint leaves
- 2cl of rose syrup
- 1,5cl of Ysabel Regina brandy
- Star anise
- Ground cinnamon
- Cracked ice and crushed ice


- Highball glass
- Cocktail shaker
- Squeezer
- Knife
- Hawthorn strainer
- Jigger or measuring cup

Let’s get started

Before beginning, make sure the shaker is cold, and crush some ice in order to get small pieces without it turning into a frappe and keep for later. Add some ice cubes to the base and use the mixing glass to add 2 slices of ginger, 3 mint leaves, the juice of a lime, 2cl of rose syrup, and 1,5cl of Ysabel Regina brandy. Pour the mixture in the shaker, hit the base to make sure none of the ingredients have got stuck, and shake for around 15 seconds for it to blend together. Strain the mixture on the glass, top with The Good Cider Wild Berry and add the crushed ice. As a final touch, include on the cocktail one or two star anise seeds, dust some ground cinnamon on the glass and… voilà!
