CIDER SOUR


Take note of what you'll need:
Ingredients

- The Good Cider Lemon top
- 5cl of Pisco brandy
- 2cl of lime juice
- 2,5cl of ginger syrup
- 3,5cl of egg white
- Cracked ice and crushed ice

Gadgets

- Sour glass, rocks glass or a kero glass.
- Cocktail shaker
- Hawthorn strainer
- Jigger or measuring cup


Let's get started

In order to make this cocktail you’ll need a shaker with a cold base. Put the ice in the base and use the jigger to add the correct measurements inside the mixing glass and in the following order: 5cl of Pisco brandy, 2cl of lime juice, 2,5cl of ginger syrup with 3,5cl of egg white. Shake it thoroughly for around 30 seconds in order to emulsify everything with the egg white, until you get a foam which looks like meringue. Once shaken, strain it quickly inside a sour glass with crushed ice and top it with The Good Cider Lemon.
